customer side specific requirement and different machinery
application such as cleaning, baking and freezing etc. Flat flex
conveyor belt is constructed by several loop wires and then be
formed different edge. The simple structure make it economical and
lightweight. It can help to save cost and reduce downtime.
The standard flat flex conveyor belt is flat and without any convex
or concave surface. The standard flat flex conveyor belt is
suitable for almost all the applications. Except for the standard
flat flex conveyor belt, there are two other types of flat flex
conveyor belt. They can be used in different applications for
fixing and sorting. You can refer to them and decide if it suit for
you.
Materials
First class stainless steel wire in SUS201, 202, 302, 304, 316,
304L, 310, 310S , 316L, 321, etc. Any other material as your
requirement.

- Materials: quality spring steel AISI 1060; stainless steel wire
302, K2930. Other materials can be customized.
- Open area: 67.5% to 86%.
- Wire diameter: 0.9mm - 2.35mm. Special specs are available.
- Pitch: 4.24mm - 20.32mm. Other pitches can be customized.
- Belt width: 3" to 14' or custom width as your request.
