Powder metallurgy sintering furnace belt works with high
temperature and long time in closed tunnel. We suggest at least
SUS304 grade stainless steel or SUS310S for stable and long time
problem free operation. Sintering mesh belt is normally available
as honeycomb design for high strength purpose. We can also have
other design according to specific production requirements. It
provides very smooth surface and stable structure for furnace
conveyor system. The belt is normally designed with chain edge for
smooth operation.
Our furnace wire belts is generally made of 304, 310, 316L
stainless steel wire. It is rust resistant, oil resistant,
corrosion resistant, flat surface, convey stable, high temperature
resistant, cool resistant, long service time.
